I'm looking into how to make homeade hooded baby towels. I have been looking at different websites to see how to make them. I'm disappointed in the outcome of the websites though. I think they could be a lot cuter. Pottery Barn Kids has really cute towels, to copy. This is my next project. If anyone has advice or has made them in the past let me know! Attached are some websites I have been looking at in preparation for this project.

Kelly, I emailed you a couple of website with hooded towels. I personally like the simple ones, too bad we don't live closer and we could do some machine embroidery on them. You can buy some really cute trims that would make them cuter or even sew some cute fabric around the hood. I'll keep looking. You might try Etsy for some ideas. Penny
ReplyDeleteFor the new baby, we are doing a Dr. Seuss theme for his room. My mom is planning coming out in a couple of weeks... so, I was going to try to get these towels done, and she was going to take them home and embroider names and Dr. Seuss stuff on them. We will see if I get them done by then. Ill check out the websites you sent me. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteDid you get them done? Did you two have a good time in such a short time?
